RETURN POLICY

Return steps:

1. Send an e-mail to our customer service at service@modalo.com and state your order number.​
   
2. Download the return form, fill it out and enclose it with the product.

What is MODALO's returns policy?

Unless otherwise stated in certain promotions, you have the right to return all products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are complete, unused and undamaged.

Refund of the purchase price

Please note that it may take 7-10 days to process your refund after we receive your return. Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and confirm the amount to be credited to your account or credit card. If the recipient is different from the buyer, the refund will be made to the buyer's account. Refunds will be made in the currency of the original purchase and losses due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.
